Throughout the course of his 25+ year career, Paul has built and led international sales teams in the Services and SaaS industries. First at Forrester Research, where he led the European and Emerging Markets businesses, and later at LinkedIn Sales Solutions where he led various business units across EMEA & Latin America. During his time in LinkedIn, Paul helped to transform sales organisations, both his own and those of his clients, to a digital-first footing to accommodate rapidly-evolving buyer behaviour.
Central to Paul’s leadership philosophy is that we all strive to be part of something bigger than ourselves. And that the organisation that can provide and nurture that sense of belonging will build a lasting and purpose-driven culture, transforming the outcomes for their clients, their team-members and the organisation itself.
Currently living in Dublin, Paul spent most of his career living in The Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy and is energised by multi-cultural environments.
Outside of work, Paul’s greatest ambition is to raise his children to be ‘comfortable in their own skin’. He enjoys cold-water swimming, ski-ing and is an enthusiastic, if somewhat ‘hit-and-miss’ cook.
