Manuel Moerbach

Chief Executive Officer

Manuel joined Onclusive as CEO just after its inception in January 2022 from the merger of three industry-leading media intelligence businesses.

Prior to Onclusive Manuel held numerous commercial and leadership roles at market and consumer data specialist Statista. Joining when it was a five-person start up, he drove Statista’s hyper growth, establishing it as a market leading global business with over 25,000 customers and leading its global expansion – including launching in the United States and Southeast Asia – to create one of the world’s largest business information platforms.

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Socioeconomics from the University of Hamburg.
Matth

Matthew Piercy

Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Piercy has over 25 years’ experience as a financial leader, including across mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Prior to Onclusive he was Group Finance Director at Advanced, one of the largest UK private equity owned ‘SaaS’ (software as a service) businesses.

He was also Chief Financial Officer for Unisys EMEA, and previously held senior roles at Oracle, Fujitsu and Liberata.

Dan Beltramo

Chief Innovation Officer

Dan was CEO of the legacy Onclusive business, one of the three companies that merged to form the new global media intelligence leader adopting the same name, Onclusive.

Prior to Onclusive, Dan was EVP, Marketing Effectiveness Products at Nielsen. He arrived at Nielsen having sold a company he co-founded called Vizu to Nielsen. Vizu pioneered real-time brand lift measurement in online advertising. Dan started Vizu after serving as VP of Marketing at Instill, a data and software company in the foodservice industry. Prior to Instill Dan was a brand manager at the Clorox corporation, and he started his career as a management consultant at the LEK Partnership.

Dan received his undergraduate degree in Decision Analysis from Stanford University where he returned for his M.B.A.

Petra Masinova

Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer

Starting her career in the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Petra rose to become the official spokesperson of the Czech Representation to the EU in Brussels. After moving into the corporate sector, Petra led communications for mining group NWR’s London listing and went on to join McCann PR & Consulting as CEO.

In 2014 Petra became Global CEO of media technology and smart data specialist Newton Media. She then moved to Isentia as Global Director for Strategic Partnerships.

In 2019 Petra was appointed Global Product Director of Kantar’s Reputation Intelligence business to lead its separation from Kantar and sale to Symphony Technology Group. Now a standalone company ‘Onclusive’, she is Chief Commercial Officer.

Kate Waterhouse

Chief People and Talent Officer

Kate is our Chief People Officer here at Onclusive. Kate was previously at Kantar as a Global HR Director. Prior to Kantar, Kate was Head of HR for Ebiquity for 8 years where she set up the HR function and was heavily involved in M&A activity. She had also worked at a large multinational construction and engineering company, Kate was responsible for setting up HR in the emerging markets.

Kate started her career at Boots The Chemist as HR graduate after completing her degree and post graduate diploma in HR at University of Wales, Cardiff. Kate is a mother of one daughter, Izzy.

Simon Ingram

Senior Vice President, Information Technology

Simon joined Onclusive in January 2022, as part of the acquisition of the Reputation Intelligence business from Kantar. He is responsible for the IT department and IT partner network, delivering on technology strategy, corporate data & applications, and enabling scaling of the business.

Simon started at Kantar in 2017, initially as Global Product Director, and latterly as the IT lead for the carve-out team.

Simon has more than 20 years experience working in senior positions within the Media Intelligence industry, across Technology, Product and Professional Services functions.

Simon holds a Masters degree (with Distinction) in Information Technology from University College London.

Michael Maillinger

Senior Vice President, Content Operations

At Onclusive, Michael Maillinger is responsible for Global Content Operations since January 2022. Before that he was the Managing Director for Kantar Media Germany since March 2014.

Prior to Kantar Media, Michael was the Managing Director at META Communication from 2011 and transform the company’s presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland into one of the leading monitoring and analysis service providers for PR firms and Communication Departments in Central Europe.

He also spent time at former news agency ddp and Bertelsmann Foundation in a Senior Communications capacity.

Philip Lynch

Senior Vice President, Insights & Consulting

Phil has 25 years’ experience in media analytics and strategic reputation consultancy. He started his career as a co-founder of Presswatch Media, which was acquired by TNS in 2006. He joined Kantar as Media Evaluation Director in 2008.

Phil has created media evaluation programmes for leading global enterprises including Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Moet Hennessy and Dubai Holding. He has also led projects for several agencies of the European Union and the International Olympic Committee.

In 2016 Phil created a media analytics teaching programme for the University of Westminster in London and is a visiting lecturer to the University’s school of PR and Advertising.

Patrick Liang

Senior Vice President, Engineering & Technology

Patrick Liang is responsible for global engineering and technology at Onclusive.

Previously, he was CTO and co-founder of the legacy Onclusive business where he spearheaded the cloud-native development of the data platform, machine learning systems, and analytics capabilities spanning billions of articles and trillions of data points.

Before Onclusive, Patrick worked at Zynga and other technology companies focusing on backend infrastructure serving millions of simultaneous users, web crawling and search systems, and other data and analytics problems.

Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology.

Miranda Smith

Senior Vice President, Global Growth & Commercial Ops & General Manager, Germany

Miranda joined Kantar’s legacy Reputation Intelligence business in 2019 as Managing Director UK & Ireland. When the business was sold and merged with two other businesses to become Onclusive, she became SVP Growth & Commercial Operations.

An experienced strategic leader, Miranda previously worked in the Middle East for both Reputation Intelligence & Market Research companies. Miranda has 15+ years working alongside some of the world’s largest global brands providing strategic consultancy services for PR & Communications teams.

Samantha Deeks

Vice President, Customer Experience

Sam is the VP of Customer Experience and it’s her role to make Onclusive’s products and services useful, helpful, and genuinely brilliant so that customers never want to leave. Sam has spent 20 years working with technology and (more importantly) the humans who use it in various corporate settings including her own company, PRgloo, which she founded in 2014 and sold to Onclusive in 2022.

Sam is a big believer in the value of human connections to keep us constantly learning, discovering and empathising with each other. She lives in London with her son, partner, postage stamp-sized garden and three cats.

Judy Luk-Smit

Vice President, Product Management

Judy is the VP and global head of product, responsible for product management and strategy. She currently co-leads the company’s Digital Transformation initiative. She was VP and head of product of the legacy Onclusive business, where she led the creation of the flagship Analyst platform.

Judy has more than 20 years of experience leading product management, go-to-market, and corporate development for world-leading technology companies such as Dell, goBalto (acquired by Oracle), and RLX (acquired by HP). At Dell, Judy held senior roles including managing the high performance, scale-out computing infrastructure business which she grew to $500M and increased margin by over 5%.

Judy started her career as a management consultant and engagement manager at Monitor Group, with experience in Asia, Europe, and Africa. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from Harvard University.

Marcus Gault

General Manager, UK & Ireland

Marcus has spent his career working with clients in a wide range of sectors in data, research and consulting services.

Marcus joined Precise Media in 2008 to lead the set up and development of a media evaluation business and has spent the majority of his time since then working with clients on building and optimising the most effective media monitoring and media evaluation services.

He now leads the newly formed Onclusive organisation in the UK & Ireland bringing together Kantar Media Reputation Intelligence, Onclusive and PRGloo.

Mauro Stoico

General Manager, Italy

Mauro is the General Manager at Onclusive Italy since its inception in January 2022. He has 25 years of commercial experience in the advertising and media sectors.

Mauro began his career at Seat Pagine Gialle where he held various commercial roles for more than 10 years. In 2010 he was hired as Commercial Director at Press Index, then acquired by Kantar Media in 2012. In 2013 he became Country Manager of Kantar Media Italy.

Corinne Foucault

General Manager, France

Previously Sales Director at Kantar Media, Corinne joined the Kantar group in 2014 following the acquisition of Press Index, the technological leader in media monitoring and reputation analysis.

Her knowledge of the media and corporate services within structures of all sizes has given her an acute sense of service and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by communication professionals. In her current position at Onclusive she is responsible for leading France’s commercial business.

Rachel Leonard

Commercial Director, Ireland

Rachel Leonard joined Onclusive as the IE Commercial Director from The Irish Times where she held several senior positions during her tenure. Most recently she managed the Brand & Partnership team leading a team of highly successful media professionals building, developing, and delivering innovative advertising solutions across advertising agencies and brands.

Rachel is a dedicated senior professional with a broad range of media, advertising and communications experience and has worked in a number of market leading organisations – Yell UK, Golden Pages and Image Publications.

Hector Linares

General Manager, Spain

Héctor Linares has been General Manager at Onclusive Spain since it’s inception in January 2022.

He began his career at Kantar where he was responsible for Production at Kantar Social TV Ratings, and four years later he was appointed Product Director. In 2020, he became Commercial Director of Kantar Reputation Intelligence helping drive innovation with particular focus on digitization and AI to improve services for clients.

His professional career has always been focused on analysis and business development in the digital field. He has worked in firms including Lacoste and has been co-founder of The Data Republic, a public data research laboratory that became a pioneer company in Spain in the analysis of social networks and market research in digital environments.

Sean O'Neal

General Manager, US

Sean O’Neal is the General Manager of Onclusive North America where he oversees commercial operations.

For 25 years Sean has been building marketing technology businesses and has held executive positions at Nielsen, Sony, The Daily Mail, and others. Sean serves on various industry committees, sits on several advisory boards, and is a frequent speaker and editorial contributor for Forbes, The Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, The American Marketing Association, and others.
