David Russell is the Head of Support for Onclusive Planner, and an all-round platform specialist with almost 20 years of experience. With a background in journalism and sub-editing, David joined Onclusive's Forward Planning service in 2006 as an Entertainment Researcher, spending some 10 years as one of the core editors before moving into a more client-facing role, where he has helped develop much of the Planner+ features used today. With years of knowledge and hands-on experience of Planning, he is in the unique position of understanding not only the platform, but also the content, the clients, and the principles of Planning.
