In the lead up to this year’s Awards for Excellence in Public Relations 2022 on 24th June, our Onclusive Ireland team hosted a wine and cheese event in the courtyard of our Ely Place offices on 8 June.

In the heart of Dublin we welcomed the shortlisted agencies for our sponsored award category along with the 2021 Excellence Awards winners and the award hosts; the PRII and the PRCA Ireland.

The celebratory evening was a unique opportunity to shine a light on the achievements of the PR and communications industry in Ireland. Alongside learning more about this year’s shortlisted entries, the Onclusive team were delighted to share more about the new innovations we’re bringing to market in the coming months – including the Onclusive News & Events Forward Planner which launched in Ireland in June – whilst simultaneously dishing out an enviable selection of cheese of course.

Onclusive are proud sponsors of the ‘PRCA Agency of the Year’ award category. Many congratulations to the shortlisted agencies:

  • Edelman Ireland
  • Hanover
  • Legacy Communications
  • Springboard Communications

Rachel Leonard, Commercial Director for Onclusive in Ireland says,

We at Onclusive have been absolutely delighted to kick start the celebrations for the upcoming Awards for Excellence in PR 2022. As a newly-formed company with a rich heritage in media monitoring and measurement and deep experience across the Irish market, the evening was a fantastic opportunity to build lasting connections and to introduce our capabilities, technology and insights-led expertise which will help support the PR and communications industry now and into the future.”

About the Awards for Excellence in Public Relations

Every year the Awards for Excellence in Public Relations celebrate the very best of Irish Public Relations and Communications work over the previous twelve months.

A panel of 13 expert judges, led by Neasa Kane-Fine FPRII, have been burning the midnight oil over the last few weeks, assessing what they tell us are an exceptional set of entries this year. Word from them is that, once again, this year’s entries show innovation, creativity and skill in abundance.
Now they’ve finished their deliberations, the 2022 Awards for Excellence in Public Relations shortlist is ready for publication. In all over 50 campaigns have been shortlisted which you can see here.
A great range of organisations entered the competition across the 27 categories. The Young Communications Professional of the Year category continues to show that the future of the profession is in talented young hands.
