Rob Stone

Chief Executive Officer

Rob has over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and executive across the insights and analytics industry.

In 2000, he co-founded Doxus, an insights consultancy focused on the technology industry, and subsequently went on to hold the position of CEO at two leading research and insights companies; Grail Insights and Market Strategies. He’s worked as a consultant, helping leading brands – including Apple, Facebook, Google and Cisco – create category-leading product strategies and deliver superior customer experiences. Prior to joining Onclusive he was Chief Strategy Officer and Board Director at research advisory firm Escalent.

Rob holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. from Columbia University.

When he’s not tackling business projects, Rob spends time reading, writing, skiing, biking, playing tennis…and vacuuming the fur that his huskies are constantly shedding.

Bernd Stangl

Chief Financial Officer

Bernd leads Onclusive’s financial strategy with an agile and digitalized approach.

He has over 25 years of finance experience in the B2B telecommunications hardware, software and cloud-based services industry, covering all aspects from small-entity finance organizations to complex asset-deals and refinancing, carve-outs, mergers and large-scale business operations.

Bernd is tri-lingual, Austrian and living in France. Beyond working, Bernd is a passionate musician and bike rider, and loves exploring wild nature. He is also active in various charitable organizations.

Kate Waterhouse

Chief People and Talent Officer

Kate is our Chief People Officer here at Onclusive. Kate was previously at Kantar as a Global HR Director. Prior to Kantar, Kate was Head of HR for Ebiquity for 8 years where she set up the HR function and was heavily involved in M&A activity. She had also worked at a large multinational construction and engineering company, Kate was responsible for setting up HR in the emerging markets.

Kate started her career at Boots The Chemist as HR graduate after completing her degree and post graduate diploma in HR at University of Wales, Cardiff. Kate is a mother of one daughter, Izzy.

Max Brierley-Jones

Chief Operations Officer

Max is a distinguished operational leader with a passion for technology and innovation. Max has worked in a wide variety of industries such as media, telecoms, satellites and energy, contributing his expertise to renowned organizations like Vodafone, Synamedia, Orange, National Grid, Inmarsat and Ericsson. His professional journey showcases a commitment to driving technological advancements and ensuring operational excellence.

As well as a seasoned background in Operations, IT and complex delivery, Max holds a degree in mechanical engineering.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Max leads a busy life. His love for classic cars fuels his enthusiasm for competitive (and sometimes successful) racing. Also a winter enthusiast, Max attacks the slopes on his snowboard and in the warmer months he trades the snow for rugged trails, conquering mountain biking challenges with determination (sometimes even with skill)
Jen Roberts

Jennifer Roberts

Chief Marketing Officer

Jennifer has a strong track record of demand creation for B2B brands.

She has worked in private equity-owned, M&A-orientated environments, with experience integrating marketing teams and producing strong go-forward brand strategies.

She previously worked at TELUS where she was Global Head of Marketing for Agriculture & Consumer Goods. And prior to that she was VP of Marketing at AFS/Exceedra, an STG-owned company that was acquired by TELUS.

Outside of work Jen enjoys art, history and travel. With a degree in graphic design and marketing from the University of Leeds, she is creative and likes to spend time drawing and painting when possible.

Ximena Ormaechea

Chief Customer Officer

Leveraging over 15 years of operational and commercial leadership, focusing on client retention and growth, Ximena has a proven track record of global revenue growth across financial services, B2B/B2C SaaS and FMCG.

Prior to Onclusive, she was responsible for the global strategic vision and alignment across customer success best practices at Integral Ad Science (IAS), driving revenue growth and improving productivity. She was a founding member of the IAS Inclusion Council Committee and Executive Sponsor of the Parents at IAS ERG.

Her people-first and results-oriented approach enable her teams to exceed customer satisfaction, renewal and expansion goals while driving team performance.

She speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French and is originally from Uruguay. In her spare time Ximena enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, reading, and mentoring.

Paul Terry

Chief Sales Officer

Throughout the course of his 25+ year career, Paul has built and led international sales teams in the Services and SaaS industries. First at Forrester Research, where he led the European and Emerging Markets businesses, and later at LinkedIn Sales Solutions where he led various business units across EMEA & Latin America. During his time in LinkedIn, Paul helped to transform sales organizations, both his own and those of his clients, to a digital-first footing to accommodate rapidly-evolving buyer behavior.

Central to Paul’s leadership philosophy is that we all strive to be part of something bigger than ourselves. And that the organization that can provide and nurture that sense of belonging will build a lasting and purpose-driven culture, transforming the outcomes for their clients, their team-members and the organization itself.

Currently living in Dublin, Paul spent most of his career living in The Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy and is energized by multi-cultural environments.

Outside of work, Paul’s greatest ambition is to raise his children to be ‘comfortable in their own skin’. He enjoys cold-water swimming, skiing and is an enthusiastic, if somewhat ‘hit-and-miss’ cook.

Saurabh Goorha

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Saurabh is the Chief Product & Technology Officer leading innovation for the global portfolio at Onclusive.

Saurabh has experience across business and consumer digital products in multinational companies and startups. He has scaled SaaS products, AI data-analytic platforms, and tech-enabled insights services for risk and reputation management. He has managed M&A including product and technology integration in PE owned companies, and leading product strategy delivering company exit. His experience as senior executive includes Built In, EAB – YouVisit, Cision, PR Newswire and Dow Jones.

Saurabh has a BS in Engineering, MS in Management Science, and MBA. He is a graduate of Cornell University. He is based in NY metro and enjoys hiking, traveling, and learning about architecture & design.

Philip Lynch

Senior Vice President, Insights & Consulting

Phil has 25 years’ experience in media analytics and strategic reputation consultancy. He started his career as a co-founder of Presswatch Media, which was acquired by TNS in 2006. He joined Kantar as Media Evaluation Director in 2008.

Phil has created media evaluation programmes for leading global enterprises including Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Moet Hennessy and Dubai Holding. He has also led projects for several agencies of the European Union and the International Olympic Committee.

In 2016 Phil created a media analytics teaching programme for the University of Westminster in London and is a visiting lecturer to the University’s school of PR and Advertising.

Vishal Padhye

Chief Information Officer

Vishal is responsible for data acquisition and product engineering at Onclusive.

Before Onclusive he worked at US-based media monitoring platform Critical Mention. Joining in 2013 as a Senior Network and Systems Engineer, he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2020. Under his leadership the company transformed and modernized its globally-distributed network of 170+ data centers, further enabling Critical Mention to scale its data processing capability and, subsequently, to provide a quality media monitoring solution and media contacts database which was adopted by over 3000 clients.

Prior to joining Critical Mention, Vishal served as Senior System Analyst and IT Infrastructure Manager at Visual Graphic Systems. He holds a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai and an MS in Management and Information Systems from SUNY Buffalo.

Judy Luk-Smit

Senior Vice President, Product Management

Judy is Senior Vice President of Product Management, responsible for product management and strategy. 
She currently co-leads the company’s Digital Transformation initiative with a focus on customer-driven design. She was Vice President of Product at the legacy US-based Onclusive business, where she led the creation of the flagship Analyst platform.

Judy has more than 20 years’ of experience leading product management, go-to-market, and corporate development for world-leading technology companies acquired by Oracle and HP. At Dell, Judy held senior roles including managing the high performance, scale-out computing infrastructure business which she grew to $500M and increased margin by over 5%.

Judy started her career as a management consultant at Monitor Group, with experience in Asia, Europe, and Africa. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from Harvard University.

Zack Jenkins

General Manager, North America

Zack Jenkins is the General Manager of Onclusive North America where he oversees all commercial operations.

He started his career in private wealth management before joining US-based media monitoring platform provider Critical Mention in 2011. After holding several commercial roles at Critical Mention, Zack was named Vice President of Sales and Account Management in 2018. In that role, he oversaw the entire Critical Mention commercial organization and go-to-market strategy, while focusing on client-based solutions.

Corinne Foucault

General Manager, France

Previously Sales Director at Kantar Media, Corinne joined the Kantar group in 2014 following the acquisition of Press Index, the technological leader in media monitoring and reputation analysis.

Her knowledge of the media and corporate services within structures of all sizes has given her an acute sense of service and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by communication professionals. In her current position at Onclusive she is responsible for leading France’s commercial business.

Eric Ziller

General Manager, Germany

Eric Ziller holds over 15 years of experience in people leadership, strategic sales, service delivery and client advisory in the media intelligence space. He’s previously help board level sales and operations roles at pressrelations’ North America business, Cision’s Insights division and PRIME Research’s UK subsidiary.

A passionate technologist, Ziller holds a strong track record of designing and delivering media intelligence programs and delivering data-driven advisory to PR and communications clients across all sectors.

He holds dual German and American nationality and has an MBA in Corporate Strategy & Change Management. He will be based in Onclusive’s Hamburg office.

Hector Linares

General Manager, Spain

Héctor Linares has been General Manager at Onclusive Spain since its inception in January 2022.

He began his career at Kantar where he was responsible for Production at Kantar Social TV Ratings, and four years later he was appointed Product Director. In 2020, he became Commercial Director of Kantar Reputation Intelligence helping drive innovation with particular focus on digitization and AI to improve services for clients.

His professional career has always been focused on analysis and business development in the digital field. He has worked in firms including Lacoste and has been co-founder of The Data Republic, a public data research laboratory that became a pioneer company in Spain in the analysis of social networks and market research in digital environments.

Mauro Stoico

General Manager, Italy

Mauro is the General Manager at Onclusive Italy since its inception in January 2022. He has 25 years of commercial experience in the advertising and media sectors.

Mauro began his career at Seat Pagine Gialle where he held various commercial roles for more than 10 years. In 2010 he was hired as Commercial Director at Press Index, then acquired by Kantar Media in 2012. In 2013 he became Country Manager of Kantar Media Italy.

Rachel Leonard

Head of Solutions Consulting

Rachel Leonard joined Onclusive as the IE Commercial Director from The Irish Times where she held several senior positions during her tenure. Most recently she managed the Brand & Partnership team leading a team of highly successful media professionals building, developing, and delivering innovative advertising solutions across advertising agencies and brands.

Rachel is a dedicated senior professional with a broad range of media, advertising and communications experience and has worked in a number of market leading organisations – Yell UK, Golden Pages and Image Publications.
